Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Our pieces may be made to order and require production time. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only where applicable and must be requested within the stated period. Custom, personalised, altered, and made-to-order pieces are generally non-refundable.

Product Information
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour, fabric, embroidery, or detailing may occur. These are considered part of the character and craftsmanship of each piece.
