Consultation cost will be reimbursed if you decide to proceed with us. Upon your decision to proceed, a 20% down payment will be required after the invoice is issued. At this stage, you will receive the digital illustration made to suit your exact preferences.
Once the digital illustration is approved, a 30% top-up payment will be required, bringing the total payment to 50%, after which production will commence.

Consultation Policy: All consultations are by appointment only. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
